The Bins

We’re expecting our first bin to be ready by July 1st or earlier but are opening up bookings now for August 1st to be conserve. Each of the (5) bins will have a loft with a king size bed, a TV mounted on the wall, a seating area with a telescope then a half bath (shower, no tub), a kitchen, and an eating area on the main floor. The bins are climate controlled, and have a shaded concrete patio with seating and a charcoal grill and a propane fire pit*. Unlike the glamping tents each bin has its own parking area right behind the bin, and contactless check in. A short walk away you will find 2 horseshoe pits available for bin glampers to use. You are also welcome to use the disk golf course and rent disks and sand sleds/boards at the lobby. You won’t find better views anywhere in the valley as you sip coffee from the comfortable bedroom seating area and watch the sun rise over the mountains. The Bins do not share the same amenities as the glamping tents, but s’more kits, grill packs, and breakfast burritos can be purchased in advance and will be ready for you inside your bin when you check in. New progress pictures will be posted as we continue construction, and booking dates moved forward as we dial in our opening day.
*Propane for fire pit can be purchased at the camp store or pre-ordered.
P.S. Two of our grain bins will be pet friendly. If you are bringing a pet be sure to book a pet friendly bin.

History of the bins: We found these bins at a farm auction about 20 miles away in Center, Colorado. They were purchased in 2022 and carefully brought over to camp in 2023. Three of the bins were moved whole (that was interesting) and 2 were taken down and put back up again (also interesting). Towards the end of 2023 we installed our underground power and plumbing, and poured the concrete. In 2024 we started the renovation process and look forward to hosting guests this year! The bins will create a unique fun and comfortable experience for guests to enjoy amazing views of the mountains, dunes and stars all while being very cozy and comfortable in a stylish up-cycled grain bin. Grain Bin Glamper Rates:
➼ $350-$400 per night per site for (2) adults – add $10/child* or $20/adult per day
➼ Max occupancy per site: (3) people – call about exceptions
➼ Max dogs per site: (2) – add $30/dog per stay** Only 2 of the grain bins are pet friendly – if you plan to bring a pet be sure to book a pet friendly bin.
