What To Expect When You Arrive
When you arrive at Rustic Rook: All lodging options: If you have pre-ordered a grill pack, it will be available to pick from 3pm-9pm – if you pre-ordered an adventure lunch, pick up is from 7:30am-10am. 2 Electrical vehicle chargers are available for our guests only, we currently use the EV connect app for EV charging payments. Sand sleds/boards can be rented for the day for $20/rental. When you booked you should have gotten an email/text with our lability release waiver – please have that reviewed and signed prior to your arrival. If you did not receive it please let us know, and we will re-sent it/trouble shoot. Glamping tents – Park in the parking lot and head over to the lobby. Check-in is from 3pm-7pm and is typically not available early. Your camp host will let you know what time breakfast and S’mores are, and show you to your tent. We do not allow driving on the park paths – but we do have wagons for you to use to assist with your luggage. Inside your tent your bed(s) will be fully made up with sheets, comforter(s), pillows and a set of towels for each person. You will also be provided with a bundle of firewood and a fire starter each night if you wish to start a fire in your camp stove. We ask that you only use the camp stove to stay warm (no cooking on or in it please). Camper rentals – Park in the parking lot and head over to the lobby. Check-in is from 3pm-7pm and is typically not available early. Your camp host will let you know when the s’mores fire will be that night, and give you directions to find your RV. You will then leave the main parking lot and head to the other entrance where the campers are. You will be able to park near your camper, but not at your camper. Each camper is numbered and it will be easy for you to find your camper. If you rented a propane fire pit, it will be set up in front of your camper. Your camper will have towels, bedding and typical pots and pans needed to cook. The campers also have AC and heat for your comfort. Check out our easy cook meals such as spaghetti, pizza or fettucine alfredo available to purchase prior to your stay (see menu).

BYO tent sites – Park in the parking lot and head over to the lobby. Check-in is from 3pm-7pm and is typically not available early. Your camp host will let you know what time breakfast and S’mores are, show you where the bath house is and give you instructions to help you find your tent site. You will then leave the main parking lot and head to a different entrance where the tent sites are. Each site is marked, so you should not have any problems finding your reserved site. You will be parking near your site, but not at your site. If you rented a propane fire pit your fire pit will be set up for you at your site. BYO tents sites include use of the nearby charcoal grills. Grain bin glampers – The bins are set up for contactless self check in. You will receive instructions on how to access your bin 1 day prior to check in. Parking is right behind your designated bin. Make sure to pre-order your propane tank for your fire pit if you wish to use it during your stay – also check out our easy cook meals such as spaghetti, pizza or fettucine alfredo available to purchase prior to your stay. (see menu).

14’x16′ Homestead Tent
Our large comfortable Homestead tents come with your choice of a king size bed, two full size beds, or 3 single beds. Your tent will be furnished with two butterfly chairs, two night stands, a camp stove, a coat tree, a side table and has two outdoor chairs on your porch. Your stay includes the use of our conveniently located community bathroom with private stalls, hot showers, flushing toilets, and sinks.

Estate Tent 16’x20′
Our most desirable accommodations are our large comfortable 16’x20′ Estate tents that include a king bed or two double beds and your own in tent bathroom with hot water featuring a shower, sink and toilet. Relax in the lounge area by the wood burning camp stove or watch the sun rise as you sit on your private deck. Each Estate tent is furnished with a fold out couch, two indoor chairs, 2 night stands, an end table and two outdoor chairs. If you book a tent with a roost – your tent will have four outdoor chairs.

Kids Tents
Three of our Homestead tents and Two of our Estate tents include a roost. A roost is a single pole 10×10 tent with a fabric floor. Roosts are perfect for families with adventurous kids or young adults. Each roost includes (2) cots, a night stand and lanterns.
