The first Grain Bin Villas is ready for guests! We will continue to work on the remaining four – and expect to have a second ready by the end of 2024. These stylish bins were purchased from a farm auction in 2022, moved to Rustic Rook by 2023 and we’ve been working on renovating them since.

Our first Villa feature a king bed (future bins will vary in bed types) a fold out couch (good for kids), TV and telescope with amazing dune/mountain views on the 2nd floor then has a bathroom, kitchen, and eating area on the main floor. It’s climate controlled on the inside and has a concrete patio with seating and a charcoal grill out front. Unlike the glamping tents each bin has it’s own parking area right next to the bin and contactless check in if desired. Feel free to walk over to the game area for horse shoes and corn hole games. You won’t find better views anywhere in the Valley as you sip coffee from the comfortable bedroom seating area and watch the sun rise over the mountains.
