Rustic Rook is an exciting place to host your event, retreat, reunion or wedding. We suggest planning well in advance so we can accommodate and customize your event.

Group Discounts

We offer a 10% group rate if you are booking 5 or more sites on weekdays between June 1st and August 15st, AND on weekends and weekdays after August 15st (excluding holidays).
**Please be aware that if you are not booking the entire campground for your group quite hours from 10pm and 7pm are strictly enforced.**

Whole Camp Pricing

Renting out the entire camp includes following:
*up to 76 people (additional people under 12 add $15 ea./nt. & over 12 add $30 ea./nt.).
*All sites are included: 2 Estate tents with king beds, 2 estate tents with king beds + kids tent with 2 cots, 1 estate tent with 2 full beds, 3 camper cabins (queen bed + bunks), 2 grain bins (total build out will be 5, so may vary depending on your event’s timing), 3 homestead tents with 3 single beds, 3 homestead tents with king beds + kids tents with 2 cots, 7 homestead tents with 2 full beds, 9 homestead tents with king beds and 5 BYO (bring your own) tent sites.
*Breakfast, coffee and s’mores by the evening fire is included along with fire wood for glamping tents.
*Cost is between $7,200 and $8,280/night + taxes and fees depending on the day of the week (Sunday lowest, Friday & Saturday highest.
*A 10% discount on the above mentioned pricing will be applied on weekend days between June 1st and August 1st, and on all days after August 1st. Friday and Saturdays have a 2 night min. for whole camp bookings.

Larger events

Larger events can be accommodated. Additional restrooms, tent sites, RV spots etc. can be arranged for large events. Call to discuss.

Entertainment and meals

We can coordinate catering for your meals, music, a large event tent, evening entertainment such as outdoor movies or star party etc.. You are also welcome to schedule your own meals and entertainment but if any entertainment is hosted, or any catering is brought to Rustic Rook – all arrangements must be approved by management prior to scheduling.
